Step 1: Please log into the HOA portal by visiting the link

Step 2: Enter your address

Step 3: Login using property pin code or email / phone text authorization

If you need your property pin code, please call or email the office

Step 4: Once logged in, please select "View/Pay" on the invoice you want to pay

Step 5: Once your payment is selected, please click on "edit amount"

Step 6: Please edit the amount and click the green pay button on the bottom

If paying by credit card, please change the amount to $275.00

If paying by ACH, please change the amount to $269.67

That's it!  Your finished.
